Role Description

The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and holiday packages. Responsibilities include providing tailored travel recommendations, responding to client inquiries, processing bookings, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka, requiring daily collaboration with team members to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of travel booking tools and systems, along with familiarity in managing flight and accommodation reservations
• Customer service and client relationship management skills
• Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues efficiently
• Passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Proficiency with computers and relevant booking or CRM software
• Previous experience in travel consultation or sales is a plus
• Degree or certification in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous
