What You’ll do (job responsibilities):

• Talk to and handle real travel leads daily (calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, emails)
• Convert conversations into bookings
• Coordinate hotels, itineraries & trip logistics
• Handle operations like a pro
• Follow up with leads & assist in promotions
• Get opportunities to become a Tour Captain and lead real trips
• Learn sales psychology in real time

Requirements:

• Energetic Fresher/Intern (No experience needed—we train you!).
• Personal Laptop is a must.
• Excellent communication skills in *English and Hindi*.
• A positive, "can-do" attitude.

Compensation & Growth

We believe in rewarding performance. While the base salary is designed for those starting their career, our high-incentive structure means your earning potential is entirely in your hands.

Probation (First 3 Months):

In-hand income during porbation - 16000 - 20000 per month

Post-Probation Growth: Reviewed quarterly and can increase to *₹18,000–₹24,000* based on performance.

• Incentives go up to ₹2,400 per lead without any thershold limit (there is no target on revenue generation based on which incentives begin, you will recieve incentives even on 1 single lead converted)
• Top performers can earn ₹64,000–₹78,000+/month

Tiered Incentives:* Earn up to *₹1,200* per lead for domestic trips and up to *₹2,400* per lead for international trips.
