Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant located in Delhi, India. The Travel Sales Consultant will assist clients with travel consulting, planning, and making reservations to match their needs and preferences. Responsibilities include creating and managing travel arrangements, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience. Collaborating with the team to promote travel packages and providing expert advice on destinations and itineraries will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Reservations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
- Familiarity with travel booking tools or software is a plus
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
