Grandeur Voyages is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our team.
Position: Travel Sales Consultant
Experience: 1–2 Years
Industry: Travel & Tourism
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle travel enquiries and understand clients' travel requirements.
• Develop and present customized travel itineraries and holiday packages.
• Manage client communication through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
• Achieve individual and organizational sales targets.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service throughout the sales process.
Candidate Profile:
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in travel sales, tour operations, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of domestic and/or international travel destinations.
• Ability to create customized itineraries based on client requirements and budgets.
• Strong negotiation, sales, follow-up, and lead-conversion skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, organized, and professional in approach.
• A genuine interest in travel and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
