Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Travel Sales Executives to join our growing team for US and UK travel processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting travel services, converting leads into sales, and delivering excellent customer support in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for flight bookings, holiday packages, cruises, and other travel services.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through calls, chat, and emails.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable travel options based on their requirements and budget.
- Provide accurate information regarding fares, airline policies, routes, travel regulations, and packages.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, follow-ups, and customer queries professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with travel industry trends, airline rules, competitor pricing, and market updates.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to secure the best deals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in UK Flight Sales or relevant travel sales process preferred.
- Experience in US Travel Sales, BPO, or travel industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, etc. is preferred.
- Knowledge of US/UK geography, airlines, and travel industry trends is a plus.
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and sales confidence may also apply.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
Shift Timings
- 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (US)
- 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (US)
