Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Travel Sales Consultant. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking personalized travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries. Key responsibilities include consulting with clients to determine their travel needs, providing travel management services, handling reservations, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be instrumental in creating unforgettable travel experiences for clients while ensuring seamless coordination at every step.
Qualifications
- Freshers or 0–2 year experience
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Experience in Customer Service and managing client relationships
- Skilled in creating, managing, and confirming travel Reservations
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
