Role Description The Travel Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur. This role involves advising clients on domestic and international travel options, designing customized itineraries, and recommending suitable transportation, accommodation, and activities. The consultant will manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including bookings, changes, and cancellations, while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company policies. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, processing reservations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of destinations, offers, and travel regulations. The role also requires proactive follow-up with clients, coordination with partners and suppliers, and consistent delivery of professional, courteous customer service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to understand client needs and design suitable itineraries.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings, modifications, and confirmations accurately.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and resolve issues effectively.
- Relevant experience in travel agencies, tour operations, or hospitality is beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Udaipur, manage multiple client requests, and use travel booking or CRM software efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international destinations, airlines, hotels, and visa or travel documentation requirements is an advantage.
