Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Travel Sales Consultant. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with travel planning, making travel arrangements, managing reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service. The candidate will provide personalized travel consultation and manage client needs to deliver exceptional travel experiences. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Strong skills in Customer Service and handling Reservations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or a related field is advantageous
