Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Sales Representative based in Noida, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers to offer tailored travel packages, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales goals. Responsibilities include understanding customer travel needs, creating compelling travel itineraries, managing bookings, and maintaining strong communication throughout the customer journey. Additional duties may involve collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and take part in training programs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and meet their travel requirements.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience with a focus on achieving targets and revenue goals.
- Ability to deliver product and service Training as needed to the team or clients.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple bookings and resolve customer inquiries.
- Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with domestic and international travel destinations is a plus.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
