We are hiring for a Travel Process Executive for a leading organization. Candidates with excellent communication skills and experience in outbound voice processes are encouraged to apply.
Process Type: B2B Outbound Voice Process
*Eligibility Criteria:*
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply
- Minimum 1 year of experience required (AMADEUS)
- Candidates should be ambitious and willing to work in the travel industry
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory
*Job Responsibilities:*
- Handle outbound calls with business clients
- Promote travel-related services and solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable travel options
- Meet process targets and maintain service quality
*Shift & Working Days:*
5 Days Working
Rotational Shifts / Rotational Week Offs
