Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international travel package bookings
- Assist customers with itinerary planning and travel arrangements
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel vendors
- Prepare pricing, quotations, and customized travel packages
- Manage booking confirmations, documentation, and travel details
- Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-ups
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in travel package booking or a travel agency
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations
- Experience with travel booking systems and online portals
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of visa assistance and travel insurance
- Sales and upselling skills for travel packages
