Job Overview:
Meraki Tours & Travels is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Travel Operations & Sales Executive who can manage end-to-end travel planning while actively driving sales. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle travel inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Design customized domestic and international travel itineraries
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other vendors
- Manage bookings, reservations, and confirmations
- Ensure smooth execution of trips from start to finish
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support
- Negotiate rates and ensure cost-effective travel solutions
- Maintain client database and follow up for repeat business
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in travel sales/operations
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Proficiency in travel booking platforms
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with DMCs and travel vendors
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Location: Mumbai (On-site) Santacruz East - Kalina.
