Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Faridabad. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with vendors and partners, manage bookings for domestic and international tours, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include supervising a team, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining quality standards for travel experiences offered to clients.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Operations Management and Team Leadership
- Experience in Vendor Coordination and Supply Chain Management
- Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Organizational Skills
- Knowledge of Domestic and International Destinations and Travel Logistics
- Proficiency in Communication, Collaboration, and Client Engagement
- Familiarity with Travel Sales, Planning, and Booking Tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry (At least one year)
- Salary Budget is 25000-30000
