Role Description
The Travel Operations Intern (Founder's Office) will play a key role in expanding Staydaze’s network of unique stays and hospitality partners. The intern will work closely with the founding team to identify, evaluate, and onboard hotels and properties, while also supporting operational and strategic initiatives.
This is a full-time, on-site role , offering hands-on exposure to startup operations, partnerships, and the travel ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential hotel, homestay, and property partners across target locations
- Evaluate properties based on amenities, location, pricing, and Staydaze quality benchmarks
- Reach out to hotel owners/managers and coordinate for property details and documentation
- Assist in onboarding and listing properties on the Staydaze platform
- Conduct competitive analysis on pricing, offerings, and positioning of similar platforms
- Support day-to-day operations, reporting, and coordination with internal teams
- Maintain structured data, trackers, and partnership records
- Explore and discover offbeat destinations and unique stays aligned with Staydaze’s vision
Qualifications
- Strong interest in travelling, hospitality, and discovering unique experiences
- Good research and communication skills
- Basic understanding of operations, partnerships, or business development is a plus
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
