Position: Travel Operations Executive
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end travel operations (bookings, itineraries, coordination)
• Handle customer queries and ensure smooth travel experiences
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport partners and B2B Agents
• Monitor bookings, cancellations, and modifications
• Ensure timely documentation and operational accuracy
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in travel operations or a similar role
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of travel booking systems and tools
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines
• Customer-focused approach
