Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive travel itineraries for individuals and groups, considering preferences, budgets, and travel constraints
- Develop and create detailed travel vouchers for clients, covering all aspects of their itinerary, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in voucher details, providing comprehensive information to clients
- Collaborate with travel agents and guides to gather relevant information and insights for inclusion in travel documentation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing pre-travel information.
- Address any discrepancies or changes promptly and effectively.
- Handle and resolve any issues that may arise during travel, coordinating with on-the-ground teams to address challenges and ensure a positive client experience..
- Engage with potential clients, understanding their travel dreams and tailoring our offerings to match.
- Use persuasive skills to turn leads into clients, closing deals with finesse and enthusiasm.
- Maintain diligent follow-ups and a high conversion rate.
- Provide impeccable customer service that leaves clients enchanted.
- Coordinate between trip leaders and suppliers, booking hotels, taxis, flights, and assisting customers with visa documentation.
- Research new hotels, restaurants, activities, and local suppliers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Previous experience in travel operations or sales is a bonus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Quirky personality and a sense of humor.
- Knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and a passion for exploring the world.
- Based in Pune, Maharashtra.
