Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Travel Operations Executive. The responsibilities include managing travel arrangements, assisting clients with travel planning, providing travel consulting services, and overseeing travel management. The role requires interaction with customers to ensure their travel requirements are met with professionalism and attention to detail, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management processes.
- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and offering destination-specific advice to clients.
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to understand and address client needs effectively.
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, including domestic and international destinations.
- Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- A degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
