Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Operation Consultant located in Coimbatore. The Travel Operation Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth and efficient travel operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing travel itineraries, coordinating with various travel partners, addressing customer inquiries, and identifying areas to optimize operational workflows for enhanced client experiences.
Qualifications
- Involves DMC coordination, ticketing, and post-operations support.
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying trends and improving travel operations
- Proficiency in Consulting and Operations Management to optimize processes
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in travel planning or operations is a plus
- Proficiency with travel management systems or software
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
