Role Description

Webvio Technologies Private Limited is seeking a full-time Travel Manager for an on-site role based in Kolkata. The Travel Manager will oversee and manage travel operations, organize travel arrangements for clients, manage vendor relationships, and ensure excellent customer service. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth in the travel vertical, while ensuring compliance with travel policies and budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and vendors effectively
• Experience in Sales with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth
• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and relevant software is an advantage
