Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Manager, based in Cannanore with some flexibility for remote work. The Travel Manager will oversee the planning and execution of travel arrangements, manage client communications, and ensure personalized travel experiences. Responsibilities include coordinating travel packages, liaising with vendors, supporting customer inquiries, driving sales efforts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves ensuring smooth operations and addressing any challenges during the travel process.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and vendors
- Proficiency in Travel Management and organizing travel arrangements
- Demonstrated ability in Customer Service and handling client queries or concerns
- Experience in Sales with a focus on promoting and selling travel packages
- Organizational skills to manage multiple schedules and client requirements
- Familiarity with travel software and tools is an advantage
- Flexibility to work both on-site and remotely as needed
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred
