Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Executive based in Mumbai. The Travel Executive will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, assisting clients with travel consulting, delivering excellent customer service, managing travel-related inquiries, and creating customized itineraries. The role involves responding to clients' needs promptly while ensuring seamless travel experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary planning
- Experience in Travel Consulting and advising clients on travel destinations, packages, and itineraries
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to address client requirements and ensure satisfaction
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Familiarity with travel software systems and technologies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
