This role involves coordinating and arranging travel itineraries, booking accommodations and transportation, and ensuring compliance with company travel policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset.


Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and itineraries for employees.
  • Book Transportation (Flights, Trains, Buses, Cabs), and Accommodations, in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company travel policies and budgets.
  • Assist employees with travel-related inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Counsel on efficient, routings for the lowest available fares and preferred carrier usage in coordination with the Corporate’s business travel policies.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer to adhere to SLA.
  • Ensure the latest updated policies, procedures, desk Instructions are read & complied.
  • Maintain accurate travel records and documentation.
  • Resolve travel-related issues and emergencies promptly and efficiently.
  • Negotiate with service providers (cab, hotels) to secure the best rates and services.
  • Monitor and manage travel-related expenses and budgets.
  • Open to work in a flexible environment, roster off, public holidays and festivals.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in a travel-related role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with travel policies and regulations.
