Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Travel Executive. The Travel Executive will coordinate travel arrangements, provide expert travel consulting services, and manage client travel bookings and itineraries. Responsibilities include understanding client preferences, offering tailored travel solutions, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing communications to maintain client satisfaction. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be critical for success.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Travel Arrangements and Management
- Experience in Travel Consulting and providing travel solutions
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Familiarity with travel software and booking systems
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Knowledge of Himalayan trekking destinations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism Management or a related field is preferred
