Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Executive based in Delhi, India. The Travel Executive will be responsible for arranging travel plans, providing travel consultancy, managing Hotel & Ticket bookings, and supporting customers with their travel requirements. This position involves direct interaction with clients to ensure seamless travel experiences while maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
- Strong Travel Consulting and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Knowledge of travel industry tools and booking platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
