Role Description: The Travel Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the Travel Executive will handle end-to-end travel arrangements for clients, including flight bookings and fare optimization. Daily responsibilities include providing travel consulting, recommending suitable routes and cabins, and presenting value-driven options aligned with client preferences and budget. The Travel Executive will communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat and deliver high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the US travel market.
- Proficiency in GDS (Sabre) is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (non-negotiable).
- Experience handling US travel clients and managing end-to-end flight bookings.
- Prior experience selling or servicing Business Class flights is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and itinerary management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to detail.
