Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Executive, based in South Bopal, Ahmedabad. The Travel Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements, consulting with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and recommending tailored travel solutions. The role includes booking accommodations, flights, and other travel essentials, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing client inquiries promptly. The Travel Executive will also oversee travel management duties, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using travel booking software or tools is a plus
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a travel agency or related industry is advantageous
