Hiring for Travel Executive

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Agent, based in New Delhi with flexibility for some work-from-home. Responsibilities include assisting customers with travel arrangements, such as booking reservations, organizing itineraries, and coordinating car rentals. The Travel Agent will also handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and facilitate travel-related sales. Additionally, the role involves working closely with clients to ensure a seamless travel experience that meets their needs.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of creating and managing Reservations and coordinating Travel Arrangements
- Experience with Car Rental services to support customer travel needs
- Proficiency in Customer Service with strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to drive Sales and achieve targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with travel industry tools and platforms is a plus
- Preferred qualifications include a degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field
