Now, coming to the role—Travel Executive.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. In this position, you’ll help customers with booking flights, managing travel plans, and providing personalized travel advice based on their needs and budget.
You’ll also handle customer queries, coordinate with vendors, and ensure a hassle-free experience from start to finish. Problem-solving is a key part of the role, as you’ll be expected to quickly resolve any travel-related issues.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication and customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking systems are important.
We are looking for candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience, and hands-on experience with Sabre GDS is required. Knowledge of international travel protocols and visa processes will be an added advantage.
Please note: This role requires working in a US shift (night shift), so candidates should be comfortable with that schedule.
A degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred.
