Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Desk Executive located in Mumbai. The Travel Desk Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating all travel arrangements for the company employees, including booking tickets, organizing accommodations, and optimizing itineraries for cost and efficiency. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, liaising with employees and external vendors regarding travel requirements, and maintaining travel-related records and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, including booking accommodations and planning itineraries
• Experience in Travel Consulting and offering cost-effective solutions for domestic and international travel
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively
• Customer Service skills to ensure a seamless travel experience for personnel
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in using travel management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
