Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end corporate travel and accommodation requirements for employees. The role will be responsible for handling domestic and international travel bookings, hotel accommodations, travel vendor coordination, cost optimization, and ensuring seamless travel support for employees across business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, trains, cabs, visas (if applicable), and hotel accommodations for employees.
- Handle high volumes of travel bookings efficiently while maintaining service quality and turnaround timelines.
- Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other vendors for bookings, changes, cancellations, and negotiations.
- Ensure timely travel itineraries are shared with employees and stakeholders.
- Manage accommodation arrangements for outstation employees, guests, and leadership teams.
- Track travel budgets and optimize travel costs through vendor negotiations and planning.
- Maintain travel MIS, booking records, invoices, and monthly reports.
- Process travel reimbursements and ensure policy compliance.
- Support emergency travel changes, last-minute bookings, and escalations.
- Ensure adherence to company travel policies and employee convenience.
- Build strong vendor relationships for preferred pricing and priority support.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in corporate travel desk / administration / travel operations.
- Experience in handling medium to high volumes of employee travel bookings.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel processes.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with travel portals such as MakeMyTrip, Yatra, Thomas Cook India or corporate travel agencies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent travel requests.
Preferred Background:
Candidates from IT, consulting, media, advertising, BPO, or large corporates handling employee movement at scale will be preferred.
