Role Description The Travel Desk Coordinator at BUILDMYTRIP is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves handling end-to-end travel coordination, including booking flights, hotels, transfers, and activities for individual and group travelers. The coordinator will respond to customer inquiries, provide itinerary options, manage changes or cancellations, and ensure accurate documentation of all travel arrangements. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date records, communicating with vendors and internal teams, resolving travel-related issues promptly, and supporting the smooth operation of the travel desk. The role also requires monitoring schedules, costs, and service quality to deliver a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Coordination and Travel Arrangements, including booking and itinerary planning.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with travelers and partners.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Travel Management, such as maintaining records, monitoring bookings, and handling changes efficiently.
- Relevant experience in a travel agency, corporate travel desk, or hospitality environment is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of travel booking tools, fare rules, and basic geography is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work accurately under time constraints, and collaborate with on-site teams in Hyderabad.
Pay Structure: 15000-20000
