Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Coordinator based in Bengaluru. The Travel Coordinator will manage and execute pre-scheduled travel arrangements for customers, ensuring all travel plans are well-organized and timely. The role involves coordinating with drivers, providing exceptional customer service, resolving any travel-related concerns, and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues to maintain seamless operations.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Book and manage flights, hotels, and ground transfers for clients.
  • Keep itineraries, bookings, and client preferences updated at all times.
  • Handle changes, cancellations, and last-minute requests without delay.
  • Coordinate with the operations and driver teams for ground transfer alignment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve travel-related concerns proactively.
  • Track travel spends, reconcile invoices, and support billing documentation.
  • Maintain vendor records, rate cards, and client travel preferences.


Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in travel coordination, travel desk, or a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of flight, hotel, and ground transport booking processes.
  • Basic accounts familiarity: invoice matching, expense tracking, and billing support.
  • Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
  • High attention to detail; ability to manage multiple bookings under time pressure.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable with MS Excel or Google Sheets; proficiency in booking systems is a plus.
  • Flexible with working hours to support early-morning and late-night travel needs.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with a calm head under pressure.
