Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Coordinator, based in Kochi. The Travel Coordinator will manage end-to-end travel arrangements for employees and clients, including booking flights, managing accommodations, and coordinating travel schedules. The role involves ensuring a seamless travel experience, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and addressing travel-related queries. Daily tasks include researching travel options, monitoring budgets, and handling any adjustments to itineraries.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Coordination, including managing complex travel schedules and bookings
- Experience in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management to ensure smooth logistics
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for resolving inquiries and offering timely support
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing plans and urgent requirements
- Familiarity with travel booking systems or software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in travel, hospitality, or a related domain
