Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to manage end-to-end travel logistics, expense tracking, and documentation for employees. The role requires strong coordination skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience working with travel vendors and internal systems like SharePoint.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Manage car rental bookings through vendors such as Avis and Hertz, ensuring cost-effective options
  • Upload, organize, and maintain travel receipts and documentation on SharePoint
  • Track and reconcile travel expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Maintain accurate travel trackers, reports, and dashboards in Excel
  • Ensure timely submission and validation of invoices and receipts
  • Liaise with travel vendors, employees, and internal stakeholders for smooth coordination
  • Resolve travel-related issues such as cancellations, rescheduling, and vendor queries
  • Support audit requirements by maintaining proper documentation and records
  • Generate periodic reports on travel spend and utilization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data tracking, reporting)
  • 3-4 years hands-on experience with SharePoint for document management
  • 4 years of Experience in handling travel bookings and rental services (Avis, Hertz, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a corporate travel coordination or administrative role
  • Familiarity with expense management tools (e.g., Concur or similar systems)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests
