Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Coordinator role based in Noida. The Travel Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing itinerary schedules, booking transportation and accommodations, and assisting students with travel arrangements. The individual will ensure a high level of customer service, effectively communicate with clients, and resolve any travel issues or discrepancies that may arise. The role will also require collaboration with various teams to provide seamless support for international travel plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Coordination and arranging Travel Schedules
• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management processes
• Strong Customer Service focus and excellent Communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple travel-related tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with visa requirements, travel booking software, and international travel guidelines is a plus
• Detail-oriented and organized, with problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration
• Prior experience in the travel or student placement industry is advantageous
