Role Description
This is a full-time/Freelance on-site/Hybrid role based in Faridabad for a Travel Coordinator. The Travel Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and managing travel arrangements, creating detailed itineraries, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with the overall travel management process. The role requires proactive communication with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless travel experiences for customers. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Coordination and managing Travel Arrangements
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
- Experience in Travel Management and planning
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
- A passion for travel and a deep understanding of travel logistics
- Familiarity with travel booking tools and systems is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
