Role Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Travel Consultant for a full-time, on-site role at our Gurugram office. The role involves daily interactions with customers to assist with travel consulting, making travel arrangements, managing reservations, and addressing customer inquiries. The Travel Consultant will collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate booking, itinerary management, and exceptional customer service for domestic and international travel requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and handling Travel Arrangements
- Experience with Reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and itinerary planning
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred
📌 Role Details:
- Experience Required: Minimum 1.5+ years in PPC (UK Process)
- Location : Gurgaon
- Salary : 6 - 11 LPA
- Shift Timing : Afternoon Shift (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM "OR" 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
Joining from 30th March 2026 - Monday.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in UK PPC campaigns and sales exposure.
