Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant / Ticketing Executive located in Pune Division. The role involves providing high-quality travel consulting and ticketing services, managing travel arrangements, booking and confirming reservations, and maintaining excellent customer service. The Travel Consultant/Ticketing Executive will also ensure timely responses to client queries while adhering to organizational procedures and maintaining strong relationships with travelers and agents.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Experience of 2-3 years in handling Travel Arrangements, including ticketing and itinerary planning
- Expertise in managing Reservations and coordinating booking details
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to address queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Familiarity with travel software systems (Amadeus) and relevant platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of visa and travel documentation processes is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
