Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Ahmedabad. The Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning and booking international trips by recommending destinations, creating travel itineraries, and providing visa guidance. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with travel service providers, managing bookings efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction from start to finish. Staying updated on travel trends and destinations will also be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Planning, Itinerary Creation, and Customer Service
- Strong Organizational and Time-Management Skills
- Knowledge of Visa Processing and International Travel Documentation
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Familiarity with Booking Tools and Travel Management Software
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
