Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Indore. The Travel Consultant will advise clients on travel options, prepare customized itineraries, and manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and ground transport. Responsibilities include handling reservations, updating booking details, and coordinating changes or cancellations as needed. The role involves daily interaction with customers to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear information on travel policies, pricing, and availability. The Travel Consultant will also maintain accurate records, work with travel partners and vendors, and support the team in achieving sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management for individual and group itineraries.
- Experience handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations across multiple booking platforms.
- Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication and problem-solving in a client-facing role.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and travel booking or GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate with a team, and adapt to changing travel requirements.
- Relevant experience in the travel industry or hospitality; a diploma or degree in travel, tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
- Comfort with using English and local languages for customer communication.
