Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role located in New Delhi. The Travel Consultant will handle travel-related inquiries, assist clients in planning and managing travel arrangements, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the travel experience. Responsibilities include booking travel reservations, coordinating itineraries, providing support to clients, and ensuring smooth travel management processes. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring all requests are handled promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, including assisting clients with travel plans and navigating complex travel-related questions
- Skills in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements for creating seamless and efficient itineraries
- Customer Service expertise and the ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism
- Knowledge of handling and managing Reservations efficiently
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Familiarity with travel booking software or platforms is a plus
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
