Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Gurgaon. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for curating personalized travel plans, managing travel arrangements, and assisting clients with reservations. Day-to-day tasks include providing expert travel consulting services, creating itineraries, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients. The role requires maintaining exceptional customer service standards and coordinating with various teams and partners to deliver high-quality travel solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Travel Consulting, including creating personalized itineraries and recommending suitable travel options
- Proficiency in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements, ensuring efficient handling of client needs
- Strong Customer Service and Reservations skills, with the ability to address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in travel booking platforms and technology
- Knowledge of global travel destinations and market trends is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
