Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon for the role of Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning and managing travel arrangements, assisting clients with travel solutions, and handling bookings, reservations, and itinerary management. The role includes offering excellent customer service, providing destination expertise, and tailoring travel plans to meet individual client preferences.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating bespoke travel experiences
- Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations with attention to detail
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Familiarity with popular travel planning tools and platforms; knowledge of global travel trends and destinations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
