Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Travel Consultant to join our team onsite at our Gurugram location. In this role, you will manage travel-related inquiries and logistics, including booking travel arrangements, managing reservations, and providing tailored travel consulting services. You will work closely with clients to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Experience with Customer Service and handling Reservations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and platforms
- Proficiency in managing client relationships and handling inquiries effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
