Role Description
We are seeking a Travel Consultant for a full-time, on-site role at our Noida office. The Travel Consultant will design and manage travel itineraries, oversee booking and reservation processes, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include organizing travel arrangements, coordinating client needs, and ensuring seamless experiences tailored to client preferences. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be an essential aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Experience in handling Reservations and booking systems
- Strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication and client relationship management
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in relevant travel software tools and platforms
- Knowledge of domestic and international locations, travel regulations, and preferences
- Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
