Travel Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to drive holiday home bookings through inbound sales calls. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Graduate, or Postgraduate qualification in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or a related field
• Strong communication skills in English and Tamil
• Professional-level fluency in English is mandatory
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales calls and convert inquiries into confirmed holiday home bookings
• Identify customer travel needs and recommend suitable holiday home options
• Provide accurate, detailed, and persuasive information about properties and services
• Achieve booking targets and contribute to overall sales goals
• Handle and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner
• Build strong customer relationships through engaging and consultative selling techniques
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the booking journey
• Demonstrate strong listening skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Collaborate with team members to maximize sales performance and service quality
