Travel Consultant
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to drive holiday home bookings through inbound sales calls. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Diploma, Graduate, or Postgraduate qualification in any discipline
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil
- Professional-level fluency in English is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales calls and convert inquiries into confirmed holiday home bookings
- Identify customer travel needs and recommend suitable holiday home options
- Provide accurate, detailed, and persuasive information about properties and services
- Achieve booking targets and contribute to overall sales goals
- Handle and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Build strong customer relationships through engaging and consultative selling techniques
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the booking journey
- Demonstrate strong listening skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Collaborate with team members to maximize sales performance and service quality
