Vogue Tourism LLP is looking for a Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in domestic & international travel, holiday packages, flight bookings, customer handling, and sales.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email & walk-ins
- Understand travel requirements, budget & preferences
- Recommend destinations, flights, hotels & holiday packages
- Prepare quotations and customized itineraries
- Handle flight, hotel, package, transfer & sightseeing bookings
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs & travel partners
- Assist with visa, insurance, cancellations & booking changes
- Maintain accurate customer and booking records
What We're Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in the travel industry preferred
- Experience in travel sales, holiday packages, ticketing or travel consultancy
- Good knowledge of domestic & international destinations
- Strong communication, customer handling & sales skills
- Good follow-up, coordination & problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer, WhatsApp & email skills
- Passion for travel and willingness to learn
