Role Description
This is a full-time Travel Consultant role located in Noida with a hybrid work structure, allowing for partial work-from-home flexibility. The position involves handling travel consulting, managing travel arrangements, processing reservations, and delivering high-quality customer service. The Travel Consultant will collaborate with clients to plan and organize their travel needs, ensuring a smooth and memorable travel experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to assist clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries
- Experience and attention to detail in handling Travel Arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and accommodations
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries effectively
- Competence in managing Reservations and working with booking platforms
- Ability to work independently and in a team within a hybrid work environment
- Familiarity with international travel and tourism trends is a plus
- Knowledge of adventure travel and experience in organizing group travel is advantageous
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
