Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Travel Consultant will manage client travel inquiries, plan customized itineraries, and coordinate reservations for accommodations, transportation, and travel activities. The role also involves providing excellent customer support, maintaining travel documentation, and staying updated on travel trends and safety guidelines to offer informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Experience in travel itinerary planning, destination knowledge, and booking management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in using travel management software and technology tools
- Problem-solving abilities and experience in resolving travel issues
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to hybrid working arrangements and balance tasks across remote and in-office settings
- Understanding of international and domestic travel guidelines is a plus
- Prior experience in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline preferred
