Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for a Travel Sales Consultant. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing personalized travel consulting services, managing travel plans, arranging bookings, and ensuring superior customer service. Key responsibilities will include creating tailored travel itineraries, managing reservations, and addressing client queries to provide exceptional travel experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and ensure satisfaction from trip planning to completion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, including creating personalized itineraries and recommending destinations
- Experience in Travel Management and coordinating logistics for seamless travel plans
- Skills in Travel Arrangements and making booking reservations efficiently
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and handle queries
- Attention to detail in managing reservations and maintaining accurate travel records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local and international travel regulations and trends
- A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a relevant field preferred
